Christina Rebholz

Psychologist, PsyD, ASTOP

Do you want a therapist that understands what it’s like to work in tech? Or one that understands the pressures of having to ship product - or the frustrations of working hard but not getting promoted – and who understands the difficulties of achieving a work / life balance? If so, we would probably work well together.

I am a licensed psychologist that also has an electrical engineering degree and 15+ years of tech industry experience. I’ve managed staff and can give you the perspective of both an individual contributor and a boss.  I hope to help you overcome what has held you back from the personal and professional success that you would like to achieve.
I have particular expertise with issues of adults with autism that live independently and are financially self-supporting.  My dissertation was the first research done examining the psychological issues of adults with autism and professional careers, and how their diagnosis affects their success in the workplace.  If you are on the spectrum, I hope to help you understand the nuances of the office place and help you navigate them.

I also perform psychological assessments for health purposes.  In addition, I perform forensic evaluations for criminal and civil matters, including parenting evaluations.  While I have specialized knowledge in evaluating adults to determine if they have autism, I also diagnose people for any variety of potential issues. I have frequently taught continuing legal education at the King County Bar Association and the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association.

Please contact me via e-mail, not phone, which will allow me to focus on my client when in session. My office in Kirkland is within two blocks of Google. If you need a forensic evaluation, please have your lawyer contact me. I look forward to working with you soon.
