Finding balance in mental health is a deeply personal journey—shaped by our history, our perceptual lens, and the meanings we assign to our experiences. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my approach begins with understanding your life in context: your story, your strengths, and your goals. Care is collaborative and deliberate, while remaining responsive to the individual in front of me. Together, we work to clarify what we need to overcome, identify what matters most, and build a thoughtful, sustainable path forward that supports both stability and growth.

My clinical perspective is informed by years of bedside nursing across Pediatric Home Health, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery and Intensive Care Units—settings where individuals are often navigating profound transitions from one lived reality to another. These experiences shaped my appreciation for the dynamic nature of identity, resilience, and change.

In practice, this philosophy is operationalized through three primary pillars: thoughtful lifestyle interventions, evidence-based psychotherapeutic principles, and, when clinically indicated, psychopharmacologic support. Welcome, and I look forward to meeting you on your journey!
