If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, or if you have been recently diagnosed with COVID-19, we request that you contact the front office regarding adjusting any in person appointments to a telehealth visit. We use Doxy.me to host all of our virtual appointments. The front office or your provider will supply you the online URL to support your video conferencing.
If you are experiencing COVID symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who you know has COVID, please do not come into the office until symptoms have passed.
Our Services
Also known as Spravato, is offered to alleviate depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD), and/ or with acute suicidal ideation or behavior.
Addiction Services: we offer combination medication management and counseling, for addiction treatment.
We offer both diagnosis and medication management. Our treatment is evidence based, and patient-focused.
